Are you a little press for time but still want a quick workout? Add this to your program. Two exercises in one. I call it "Pop Ups". It's a Plank mixed with a pushup. Great for the Core muscles and upperbody. Get in a normal plank position and quickly pop up to your hands and complete a normal push up. Watch the short video below and try it out. Peace!
